Shipping methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx and/or USPS. 

Shipping schedule

• Orders placed before AGU25 will be shipped beginning 15 December 2025 (or can be picked up in-person at AGU25). 
  • Orders placed before noon CT on 19 December 2025 can be picked up at AGU.
    
• Orders placed after noon CT on 19 December 2025 will be shipped starting in late January/early February 2026.
  

Local shopping & pick-up at AGU25

Shop in-person at AGU25 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The AGU Store will be open:

• Sunday, Noon-6 PM CT
• Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM CT
• Friday 9 AM to 1 PM CT

Online orders placed by noon CT on 19 December can be picked up at AGU25. 
Visit the AGU Store by 1 PM CT on 19 December 2025 to collect your items.

Free shipping on orders of $30 or more

AGU offers free shipping on orders of $30 or more where all items are being shipped to a single U.S. address within the contiguous 48 states. Customers who are shipping to international locations will be responsible for paying all international fees and/or additional sales tax.

Possible interruptions and delays

Please be aware that, while we aim to process each order as quickly as possible, variables beyond our control could lead to delays, and we cannot guarantee your items will arrive before the holidays. We thank you in advance for your patience.
